    Seriously, it’s a nonsensical word that was created because of the cartoon.
    On wikipedia it says this:
    Sally has a strong crush on Charlie Brown’s friend Linus. She calls him her “sweet babboo” (inspired by Schulz’s wife Jeanie, who used to call him that).

    All the others seem logical, but I didn’t see anyone mention that Babboo is also the name of the monkey in the Disney version of “Aladdin”
